Ingredients

1 cup milk of your choice 

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

2 Tablespoons reduced fat Greek yoghurt  

½ teaspoon vanilla extract/essence 

1 tsp chia seeds 

Pinch of cinnamon  

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
