Add salmon and sear on both sides for a few minutes, until cooked to your liking. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with black pepper. Remove from the pan, and transfer to a dinner plate. Cut into pieces. Salad: toss salad leaves, cannellini beans, 1 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a bowl. Cut wholegrain toast into 3 ‘fingers’. Add salad, toast fingers and tzatziki to dinner plate and serve.
