Ingredients

1 mango, peeled, deseeded and chopped

1 cup reduced fat, Greek yoghurt

2 Tablespoons cashews

½ tsp ground turmeric

½ tsp ground cardamon

1 cup ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients (except the ice) to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend again until ice is crushed. Add a little milk or water if consistency too thick.

Note: If mango is out of season, use frozen mango.
