Cut slits in the skin of the apples in any direction that looks decorative. Place a walnut half in the base of the apple and fill the cored apple with sultanas. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in a microwave-proof container with water and microwave for 5-7 minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave). Test if the apples are cooked by inserting a skewer or fork. Once past the skin, the apple should be soft. Serve with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt. Use a fork and spoon to eat.
