Ingredients

1 tablespoon hazelnut butter 

1 thick slice sourdough bread (toasted) 

5 cherry tomatoes, halved 

1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts 

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 

1 soft boiled (or poached) egg, to serve 

Ground turmeric, to serve 

Fresh herbs, if on hand 

Method

  1. Spread the hazelnut butter on the toast. Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top, then sprinkle over the crushed hazelnuts and season with salt and pepper. 
  1. To serve, add a soft boiled egg and garnish turmeric and fresh herbs.
