Add beef, turn to coat well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat a large frying pan, lined with a piece of baking paper, over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate; rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice the beef. To assemble, divide lettuce between 2x750ml jars. Continue layering with tomatoes, black beans, avocado, sliced beef and cheese. Drizzle with combined remaining olive oil and the lime juice; top with coriander leaves. Seal jars with the lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
