Ingredients

1 ripe, frozen banana, chopped. 

½ ripe avocado  

1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder  

1 large handful greens of choice (e.g. spinach) 

1.5 cups dairy or plant milk of your choice 

Method

  1. To freeze bananas – peel and chop bananas. Wrap in cling film or place in a snap lock bag. Freeze for several hours or overnight.  
  2. Add frozen banana, avocado, protein powder, spinach and milk to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency if needed – if too thick, add milk or too thin, add avocado.  
  3. Divide between two serving glasses.
