Wrap in cling film or place in a snap lock bag. Freeze for several hours or overnight. Add frozen banana, avocado, protein powder, spinach and milk to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency if needed – if too thick, add milk or too thin, add avocado. Divide between two serving glasses.
